What we collect when you call us, and what we do with it. Last updated September 16, 2026.
Almost everything we hold comes from a phone call. When you call the dispatch line we take your name, the number you are calling from or a number you give us, the address where the work is needed, and what you told us about the lock. If you email us we keep the message.
This website itself collects very little. There is no contact form. Our host records standard technical information such as IP address, browser and pages viewed, which we use to keep the site working.
To quote the job, send a technician to the right address, and follow up about the work. That is the whole list. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell anything about you.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the provider that delivers the messages for us, and that provider may not use it for its own marketing.

The technician assigned to your job, our dispatch and messaging software, and our website host. Nobody else, unless the law requires it.
Job records are kept as long as we need them for warranty, tax and legal reasons. Ask us to delete anything we are not required to keep and we will.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
This site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
