SMS terms and conditions.
What we text you about, how often, and how to stop. Last updated September 16, 2026.
What the program is
ABC Lock and Safe sends text messages about a job you called us about: confirming the address, telling you the technician is on the way, sending a quote, and following up afterwards. We do not send marketing texts.
How you opt in
There is no form on this website, by design. You opt in on the phone: when you call the dispatch line, the dispatcher asks whether it is alright to text you updates about the job at the number you are calling from, and records your answer. Saying no changes nothing about the service you get, and we will call you instead.
If you call ABC Lock and Safe and we miss your call, we may send one text message to follow up on that call. Reply STOP to that text and we will not text you again.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
How often we text
Message frequency varies with the job. Most customers get between one and five messages about a single call out.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages. Your mobile carrier may.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message and we stop texting that number. You get one last message confirming it. To start again, reply START or tell the dispatcher on your next call.
How to get help
Reply HELP to any message, or call (503) 766-5541. The dispatch line is open 24 hours.
Delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your handset. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS and most smaller carriers.
Privacy
We do not sell or share mobile information or opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
